The Adib and Jameelah Show 26

-This week

The Coast Guard, Homeland Security, BP(British Petroleum) along with a host of hodgepodge organizations are anxiously working to figure out quickest and most efficient and safest way to cap off the well in the Gulf of Mexico that has been spewing out millions of barrels of oil for several days now. My biggest concern is with the effect it will have on the wildlife. The ecosystem in the Gulf is very sensitive, especially along the Louisiana coastline where must of the renegade oil will find itself to....And if you are wondering how this tragedy will effect the debate on whether or not drilling should be done off the coast of CA, wonder no more. There are already activists coming out saying "See, the same thing will happen here, if we let them drill!" The truth is disasters of this magnitude rarely happens and with the recent spill comes a new slew regulations and the hastened development of preventive technology.....Just you wait and see, while some folks will lose much of their fortune others will double their own. (it's just the way of things). As far as my opinion goes on whether there should be drilling off the coast of CA or not: I'm somewhere in the middle. I believe that more federal resources should be used on researching and developing cleaner energy but in the meantime why not become more viable in the petroleum market. Let me know what you think on this one folks....

-Next Story

There is massive flooding in several Tennessee counties that has already taken several lives and destroyed millions of dollars worth of property. Lets just pray the water recedes soon...In the meantime contact the Red Cross and make a donation.

-Story #3

Some jackass tried to set off a car bomb in Time Square New York and had an 'Epic Fail' What a jackass! People have enough things on their mind. Now we have to be concerned that a low-life,no-life having, pathetic soul is trying to blow us up while we are taking a short break from our job that we may not like that much!?! Have a heart man and go shoot yourself in the the nose in the backwoods of upstate New York and spare us your ridiculous asinine response to life's woes that we all have to endure from time to time! I repeat: JACK ASS!

-Lastly

KFC is catching flack for its Susan G. Colman campaign. I understand why because how are you going to raise money to cure a deadly disease by selling a product that can cause other diseases if it is eaten too much. I don't have a problem with the campaign. KFC is not deadly. Moderation is the key...Case closed.
